Description

Position Overview

Lead the Administration of the Concur Travel & Administration (T&E) expense reporting program. Train new users on the Concur software, create efficiencies in process flow and support management with ad hoc and reporting requests.

Key Job Responsibilities

Concur Administrator

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Travel and Entertainment (“T&E”) function at PSAV, acting as the primary administrator for our Concur technology.

  • Monitor the “helpdesk” inbox and resolving our employee’s issues, updating project codes into Concur’s expense and travel modules, updating location lists and any other requests for payment.

  • Manage and timely resolve employee inquiries on expense report payment policies, procedures and practices. Train and assist employees on features and functions of the CONCUR Travel and Expense system , promoting a positive experience.

  • Analysis and reconciliation of Corporate credit card accounts (T&E, P-Card)

  • Resolve any issues with employee data and coordinate with the HRIS team for resolution.

  • Submit service admin tickets on Concur support for process improvements and other troubleshooting of open issues.

  • Provide expertise and training to travelers in the field regarding their concerns with their expense reports.

  • Ability to understand and uphold the policies set forth in PSAV’s T&E Policy.

  • Review and either Approve or Reject expense reports held in “Exception Review” and “Approved and in Accounting Review” status on Concur site.

Concur Team Lead

  • Strategic leader for our T&E program at PSAV.

  • Perform analysis of our T&E spend, lead audit oversight, make suggestions for overall program process improvements.

  • Assist with drafting new procedures for the company and continue to add value in the overall T&E process at PSAV.

Month-End Close

  • Analyze, consolidate and reconcile expense data from Concur using reporting analysis and load data into company accounting software (Oracle).

  • Distribute reports to various departments.

Auditing / Oversight

  • Lead role in financial oversight of our T&E spending by running strategic reports in Concur.

  • Monitor Out of Pocket spend and drive compliance to our Corporate Credit Card policy.

  • Perform detailed analysis of the Concur reports to monitor exceptions and infractions.

  • Assist with audit requests, both by the Internal Audit Team and outside audit firms.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience with Concur administrative functions in a fast paced, high growth global environment

  • Must have strong customer service background

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong working knowledge of advanced Excel functions

  • Continuous improvement attitude; ability to seek out opportunities to implement best practices

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and performance driven

  • Must have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast paced environment
