Job Description

 Will receive calls from clients document the services needed look online to locate the nearest tech in the field and schedule that tech for the service. They receive on average about 30-35 calls a day.  Will teach the software side of it but needs to have general computer skills in outlook, work and working with multiple screen applications.  In addition  would want the person to do parts inventory.  They have about 100 skews and the person would manually go back and make sure the numbers are there and if they were getting low to request order more parts.  This is not computerized yet but there dispatching software has that option so he would love someone that is good with software to help unlock at option.  Hours are M-F 7:30 am to 4:00 1/2 lunch business causal.   Will oversee the service depatrment so must be able to work independantly, Will be the main dispatcher, do inventory and purchasing. Purchasing experience is a plus.

TASKS

  • Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.
  • Schedule or dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios or telephones.
  • Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors, using telephones or two-way radios.
