24-7 Intouch

Working for 24-7 Intouch was a good job, most coworkers were nice and helpful. For the most part each supervisor was nice & helpful. They had 3 different shifts to choose from to work. The pay rate was decent as well. Employees could move from Customer Service Rep to a promotion easily & quickly if the employee worked well at their job. Customer Service Reps did have their days of good & bad customers calling in. 24-7 Intouch does have several different types of companies in one building that an employee could choose to work for & pay rate varied with each company. However, 24-7 Intouch has VERY strict policies about Customer confidentiality because a costumer service rep would be viewing & discussing the customer's personal information as well as having a strict attendance policy. Overall, I had a good experience working for this company.

The hours and days were so out of wack there was no real help when you went live you would wait for an hour some times with the customer on the line waiting for management the pay was little to nothing

I dont recommend anyone apply here, unless youre looking for a quick oaycheck between jobs. Every line of business i worked qith at this company was managed poorly. Training was sub par as well. Lots of office drama that involves everyone, managers and OMs as well. It's like working in a highschool, but somehow so much worse. Pay is mediocre, benefits are a joke, management is childish and HR just does not care. I was harassed at work by a known trouble starter. They did nothing. It stressed me out to a point of feeling unsafe there, they still did not care. I emailed, called, and physically went to hrs office but was always given an excuse. Do. Not. Work. Here.
