24hr Home Care Company is an award-winning non-medical home care center. They provide assistance to seniors people with disabilities and help them with personal care light housekeeping new preparation medication assistance and transport services. As the name says “24hr home care” they are available 24 hours a day seven days a week and 365 days a year. As unlike most of the other home care centers a 24hr home care center does not outsource calls or have answering services. So there will be an associate available every late night weekends or even holidays. This center established in 2008 and until now they contribute high-level care and a strong commitment to the community and superior customer service anytime. They provide their extraordinary service to the clients in 13 locations all around California Arizona and Texas. One of the ways that this center able to achieve success and get back to the community is through Charity programs. By today they have donated over a quarter of a million’s dollars to charities. 24hr Homecare impacting lives in care innovation caregiver opportunities culture and community.

less benefits, pay is good but other financial benefits are not very good, no overtime, no daily reards, no commissions

they have special home health aides providers, certified nursing assistants, licensed vocational nurses, and professional caregivers, and they train every one after hiring and evalute them with their 24-point screening process.😊

Not only caregivers thoroughly screened and complete a rigorous interview process, but they are also trained before they enter a home to care for those we serve. 😇

We have collaborated with various organizations, to create signature specialty training for various topics including fall prevention, Alzheimer’s and dementia, diagnosis-specific nutrition planning, emergency and disaster preparedness, and achieving general care goals.

There are not alot of future oppurtunities in a sense that we dont have grade indorsement or skill bases promotions, all we have is the annual increament and some extra wages for weekend working
