If you are part of the "in" group (those who aren't qualified but know the secret handshake) all is good -until you get laid off. If you are part of the "out" group (those who are qualified and hired because leadership needs to show their resumes to get contracts) don't expect anything but frustration and micro-management. Worst place I ever worked.

Pros and Cons
Ample parking
Leadership

A. Harold and Associates, LLC, is a good place to work IF you don't mind being dropped like a hot rock when the contract you're working on is completed OR if you age yourself out of the market and make too much money compared to the new employes they can (and will) replace you with. Andy Harold, the owner and ultimate boss, is a super nice guy. No comment about the others in 'leadership' roles.

Pros and Cons
Celebrates holidays as a 'family.'
Contract oriented. Don't plan to be a permanent employee.
