This AARP program is for seniors to get back in workforce. Its minimum wage no matter what your skilled in. The companies that partner with the program give the hardest labor assignments and full-time office assignments knowing you only have a 25 hour work week.

I was at a point in my life that I needed that and they were a great help and boosted my self confidence. The people there were great to be around and I needed good friends like them to show me it was possible to rise up and be productive.

This was first temp job after retirement from the corporate industry. There was a lack of knowledge in management which had the team suffering from moving forward.

Pros and Cons
Free cake for monthly birthday employees.
Needed education training in management five years ago, I don't know how it has improved today.
