For a multi-billion dollar company, they treat us custodians like dirt. I love my job but the people in charge need help. I've had the same salary for 3 years with no evaluation for a raise. The ethics in this company is lacking, they are too busy making contract makers happy more than their own employees. The turnaround rate is high because they throw new workers out there with little to no training. They don't provide us with enough supplies when we need them but want us to make miracles happen with hardly any resources. On top of that, multiple employees have gotten shorted on their paychecks, that's not right at all. As I said, I love my job and ABM has the potential to be great, if they actually cared. But they keep getting in their own way.

Great work place great people to work with supervisors are very professional and supportive of all employees

I received the essential information and tools to grow in life and the workforce as well. The employees and clients were equally accommodating. The opportunity to grow gainfully really exist.

I had to go experience working at Abm. There was family to me due to fortunate times and coronavirus. I had to leave the company, but it was all out. Great experience with them.

Bad place for work. I don’t recommend that company. Bad supervisors, are not accesible It’s not a good place

Working for ABM industries open a lot of other doors for me. I learned a lot and got to share my knowledge with my other co-workers. I will never forget working for ABM industries

I work 17 years with ABM before we were GCA .ABM bought them out I at one point had ten account to manage with about 40 people under me.I possess a DOD from the government of USA had one for about 14,years

I’ve worked there for 2 years an the supervisors an managers were racist an called me racial slurs I left because I could take it anymore I was sexually harassed by the male coworkers an my manager did it hung about it no matter how many times I reported the issue to her I was followed into the bathroom by a male coworker an she ignored it saying that he’s her friend an that he’d never do that I had to leave for my own safety

The company didn't want to pay what the employees are worth. Some of the employees who've been there for years are still making a lot less than what they should be making and the benefits aren't the best.

I have no story all I have to say is the Only thing good about Abm he’s been able to work basically when I want to work other than that there’s nothing good the pay is lousy the conditions are lousy and the supervisors are lousy they look out more for their own friends and they do anybody else

The pay was great but the work environment was horrible. I felt like I was the only one cleaning some days. People would work when they wanted to.

Co workers are humble and helping.

The bosses was looking to get u fired if u didn't kiss her ass The manager didn't know her job either

They turn on their employees to save their own butts. You are over worked underpaid and not appreciated. They target those they dont like and get them fired.

ABM is a joke. Management lets people sleep leave work hide in bathrooms do absolutely nothing. They don’t stand up for their workers. They can’t get your pay right. No time and a half for overtime. They will lose contract with Amazon.
