You analyze and anticipate business needs; identify problems, define objectives and help management set strategic goals. You’ll take on challenging assignments related to business metric analysis, workflow measurements and much more.
Ultimately, your analytical skills strengthen business practices so we can improve clinical and financial outcomes for health care organizations around the globe. You do this by managing and reviewing organizational data and metrics--considering all factors and drawing conclusions based on the numbers and the facts. Your end goal is to provide your organization the tools it needs to make the best business decisions for our clients and partners.
Possible business areas you will support include accounting, finance, consulting, human resources, engineering operations, sales and others. Placement is based on business needs, training scores, aptitudes and your long-term career goals.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Information Systems, MIS, Actuarial Science, or Economics, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
Expectations: - Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
