I work during 11 years and I love Accenture, only the issue was that some of the supervisors and team leads were not trained to be good with employees. The company has very good rules and always protects its employees. It is a very nice place to work in.

I was working 10.9 years in Accenutre. i started my carrer and i enjoyed the work and enviornments around my team .

In Sep 2014, I was hired as a contractor Transaction Specialist at Accenture. In March 2015, the Contractor Exchange (CX) team needed someone with recruiting experience. I had worked in-service recruiting my last 11 years in the Army, so I was moved to the CX. I created requisitions, reviewed resumes, set up interviews and created work orders. Every year I received a raise and a performance bonus. I had no derogatory items in my personnel file. In 2019, my manager was promoted, and a work order agent was promoted to his role as the Requisitions Lead. By Sep 2020, covid had reduced Accenture’s clients (due to client locations being closed.) There was a rumor that 25,000 employees were going to be laid off. September 28th, 2020, the US CX lead called me and told me that my last day would be September 30, 2020. (Two days notice.)

Nice experience working in the different project and managers . Having lot of exposure and different skills learning .. come across more work life balance and geting deeper on knowledge

I worked at Accenture as an Executive Assistant for nearly 2 years. I found the company management to be unorganized. The executives are given many liberties while the responsibilities to understand company policies are left to the assistants.

Enjoyed working area but did not enjoy the rigorous work schedule nor the boss. He enjoyed partaking in his employees and was not apart of the me too era.

Worked at the company for about 7 years and mostly was a smooth and comfortable ride. The reason I was able to endure such a long tie in my first company were the employee friendly policies. You got compensated for the efforts you would put and generally you would not feel cheated

I spent my five years with Accenture at one of their top clients and really enjoyed the pay and benefits that were given. I enjoyed that they allow for learning opportunities and it was just a really great five years working with them.

Was hired as a consultant to support a conversion project and it's deadline was just an year ahead at the most. Great team and environment to work and the management was doing micromanagement by asking status in every couple of hours. But I have enjoyed it as am always work in any type of management. They recognize the work if that is truly quality oriented and add values to the project.

I have worked on this location for 3.5 years. Nice to working with awesome team mate and company learn so many thing from the company.

Good place to work in terms of environment. But it can differ as per the process. Pay and benefits are good but not great. Opportunity to learn is good.

Accenture is a nice place to work at. They have nice benefits and nice people to work with. They also have nice cubicles and have nice ethics.

This company is a sham. Does not really support its employees. Focus is hiring from outside. Shows no growth.

Overall, I would my experience as working in a toxic culture. I wasn't treated well by my supervisor. My supervisor was sarcastic, demeaning and talked down to me. Accenture shows no loyalty to employees. I was there from the beginning and was unceremoniously "fired" for "poor performance" during the Covid cutbacks. Interestingly, I never received my last performance review. The severance package that I received was far above what someone would receive for poor performance. Just be honest with me. I had never received a bad rating in all my years there. I knew other people, who were also very good employees, let go with the same excuse. The performance rating system was somewhat rigged. They had predetermined the % of employees that fell into each rating category. I had received a Superior rating one year, but was told that they had to drop me down one rating, because they had already filled their quota of Superior ratings. I am much happier in my new position.

They treated us with respect, great promotion opportunities and always had some fun work activities planned for all the staff.

No story to tell - good company to work for and will work for them again if I have the opportunity. My job went to India and was laid off. Still considered Accenture, Inc as part of my career.

Would like to return to Accenture as clients have interesting issues in need of help of my capabilities in Data Warehousing.

Nice company. Paid us all during the months of no quarantine. Pay for us to commute into office - gas, breakfast and lunch. Training periods are slow. Long periods of sitting there, bored and confused. Sometimes communication with management is a little slow. Everyone here is cool though and it seems like the higher-ups listen to what we have to say. Other than that, considering the pay and ease, pretty great job.

Outstanding Company to work for supervisor are excellent everyone has some type of experience with what ever program they're working on

The environment Accenture creates is one of ruthless competition between employees for chargeable time and there is a never-ending hunt to find little places to charge time to. Managers are career politicians who have survived with cunning. Expect video meetings with people actively cheering "Way to go TEAM!" in the chat box to gain favor with management. No matter how good you are, if you're not chargeable, you're toast. Bottom 5-10% of the employees are laid off each year. You will see many notes from the CEO and other execs but you'll be hard pressed to even know where they work as there is so much distance between them and you. Each year, managers go into seclusion like cardinals voting on a Pope to identify employees for layoffs. This ends in late May, early June. If you notice a lack of communication from formerly chatty managers in early June, you're on the list and better get your resume out because thousands of Accenture employees will hit the job market at the same time.
