Acceptance Now

This isn't a bad job. Its highly self motivated and what you see is what you get. My targets were customers of Electronic Express which partnered with Acceptance Now. Acceptance now is lease to purchase, any new items being sold in the store. Your goal is to aquire new business and to retain repeating business. This means you would be collecting on customers who had bought something and never paid on their lease, or you would be reaching out to previous customers to try and entice them to come back and start a new lease with you. I didnt like it personally, i didnt feel like this was a fulfilling job because most people who signed a lease couldnt afford what they were buying. They only have so much time to pay off the lease before the lease becomes extended, meaning that the product will inevitably cost more especially if they are paying for a warranty - because they should be anyway. I think if youre interested in this job really give it some thought.

A 3rd party finance for Rooms To Go. Schedule was 9:30-8pm basically everyday. You aren’t allowed to have weekends, fridays, or mondays off. Definitely not for someone who has a family at home to tend to. District manager was the rudest manager i’ve ever had to deal with. He talks to you like your stupid and they never recognize your good work, only bring you down when something isn’t how he wants It. Terrible company to work for.

Expected you to learn from a book and computer and then the process for doing these no credit check loans was so odd very hard to follow process.
