To provide support for our customers with managed access and residential gated community services, including building jobs, troubleshooting, technician dispatching, changes in controls and continued customer support;
Essential Functions:
Job set up for managed access and gated community customers;
Provide trouble shooting and client support for clients with contracted services;
Schedule techs for assignments;
Management and updating of current databases for clients;
Generate, review and distribute reports when requested;
Knowledge and Skills:
1 or more years’ experience in access software, alarms or similar field in a benefit. EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Strong customer service skills (via phone/e-mail or in person) Great attitude Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook Moderate phone call volume (Primarily inbound) Data Entry Ability to follow instructions Ability to work on the phone and computer the entire shift Ability and willingness to learn how to use specific software required for this position Coordinate with field staff/scheduling Assist Installation technicians/building software Responsible and reliable - Punctuality is a must Ability to pass background check/Drug test screening Be at least 18 years of age; Be a US Citizen or authorized by law to be employed in the U.S.; Be a high school graduate or have a GED.Work Location: North Scottsdale,AZ
