Access Family Services, Inc. (AFS) is a North Carolina-wide mental health provider that has served kids and families since 1999. Offices in North Carolina and South Carolina are based. AFS is a proud subsidiary of Community Programs for Intervention (CIS). The CIS enables additional clinical knowledge and financial capital to improve our overall efficiency and sustainability. They assume that everyone has the capacity to improve, optimize their ability, and reinforce the structure of family/support. By practicing new skills to optimize optimal functioning, their highly trained clinical workers work with people to achieve accepted objectives. Evidence-based therapeutic approaches are used to improve emotional needs with the use of a strength-based, individualized approach. Their best advantage is their team members. Via training and development programs, they will invest in them, encourage a safe work atmosphere, retain fair wages, and use technology, and thereby create a work environment that meets the needs of the customers they represent.
