Ours is the first face that is seen when a patient enters a hospital or a clinic. We have to serve the patients and their caregivers. We are responsible for collecting and validating patient demographic data and their insurance information. We are also in charge of obtaining health along with financial and as well as religious information from the patients at the time of their admission to the hospital.
