About Account Development Specialist

What does an Account Development Specialist do?

As Account Development Specialists, we meet with clients and ask them multiple detailed questions in accordance with the company’s standards of operations in order to determine their short- and long-term account needs. We also perform multiple follow-ups with customers to check for their satisfaction with our services and upkeep the brand’s image by fostering and promoting long-lasting relationships with them. We coordinate with the social media and marketing department to develop new plans and strategies for marketing events and programs on a regular basis.

  • set realistic budgets for various events
  • to promote fundraising events with flyers and other digital assets
