HUB International Northeast is a division of a leading international insurance brokerage selling and servicing all lines of insurance. We currently seek an experienced and talented personal lines insurance professional to manage a higher end private client book of business in our Fairfield, CT office.

Reporting to and working directly for the First Vice President of our Personal Lines group, you will be managing Private Client accounts. The job requires a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making based on industry knowledge and experience. You will provide professional insurance guidance, expertise, and service to clients, as well as develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. Performing accurate and thorough reviews of client coverage, exposure, and price, and communicating recommendations to the customer in a timely manner are also key components of this position.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated insurance professional with at least five (5) years Personal Lines account management experience with an established broker. This includes working with major insurance carriers such as, AIG, Chubb, Fireman’s Fund, PURE and Travelers. A valid Property & Casualty Broker’s License is required. Excellent presentation, communication skills, and experience with an automated agency management system are a must and a college degree is preferred.
