What does an Account Lead do?

As Account Leads, we work in the customer care department of a company. We build long-term relationships with clients and recognize their needs. We help internal departments with documentation of sales and analysis of customers’ needs. Effective communication with clients is our core duty. We struggle to find new products and services to meet the individual needs of clients in a better manner. As Account Leads, we keep correct and up-to-date data of inventory and account notes.
