About Account Management Specialist

What does an Account Management Specialist do?

Working as Account Management Specialists, we are responsible for managing the results and preparing reports based on the data of customer’s accounts. We prepare sales information reports and present them in the form of effective proposals to the customers. We stay involved in the office meetings and virtual meetings with customers to provide constructive feedback from the initial stage to the developmental stage of their projects. Functioning as Account Management Specialists, we have the ability to identify new business opportunities for enhancing the customer's accounts and feeding new data into them. We create a group of letters and also negotiate the budgets with the customers and convince them to a win-win deal for both company and customers.

Core tasks:

  • achieving the desired target of the company
  • developing data reports
  • ensuring that customer satisfaction is being delivered
  • preparing emails and fax letters
