Job Description

Role Summary: In this role you will implement growth strategies for key accounts and establish and grow customer relationships within assigned regions, in addition to coordinate leads with internal sales teams against established targets and objectives. In this role you will implement growth in assigned region(s) for the company’s core competencies, which includes Daily Sales, Daily Purchasing, Large Program Sales, Large Purchases, Support Programs and Repairs Management; Essential Responsibilities: You will: Implement marketing plans to meet/exceed established sales goals or targets by increasing existing customer penetration and or pursuing new customers; Pursue new markets and customers; Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion; Develop relationships with assigned accounts; Identify customers’ business decision-making process; Communicate directly with customers to generate revenue opportunities; Deliver sales presentations to key clients; Have a working knowledge of competitor product offerings and services and report activity within established ethical guidelines; Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability; make continuous improvements; monitor Company quality levels and owns & acts on quality problems utilizing The Quality Management System; Execute strategies in conjunction with internal sales leader to achieve company goals. Please note there will be up to 30% travel. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales role, but prefer sales in aviation industry OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the aviation industry; Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communications; Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company; Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities; Strong presentation and facilitation skills; Strong problem solving skills, analytical and financial skills; and existing customer relationships in region. Experience working with MS Office, preferably MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel Experience conducting presentations and facilitating business objectives.   • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Production and ProcessingKnowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
