What does an Account Service Representative do?
As Account Service Representatives, we are responsible for addressing customer complaints and queries of assigned clients. We upsell products and services and approach new clients. We collaborate with account managers and submit reports to the upper management team. Managing customer financial accounts and records within the organization is one of our main responsibilities. We manage all company accounts and monitor customer inquiries to resolve problems. Working as Account Service Representatives, we analyze customer requirements and manage all communication with customers over phone or email. We also provide technical support to all customers.
