About Account Supervisor

What does an Account Supervisor do?

In the role of Account Supervisor, we are responsible for facilitating the execution of new projects for customers. We maintain the customer relationship between the company and the customers. We have the ability to prepare short and creative briefs explaining the main objectives of our company. Functioning as Account Supervisors, we have the ability to manage and lead the agency’s key clients by convincing them on the latest updates for the improvement of their business. We work collaboratively with the supervisors of our team to prepare documents. We also provide mentorship and guidance to the account coordinators who deal with the finances problems and issues.

Core tasks:

  • analyzing the prepared documents
  • reviewing the monthly finances
  • ensuring the compliance of the project with the company's policies
  • tracking the performance of goods
