We oversee daily bookkeeping and record-keeping, financial reporting, and preparation of tax records for financial audits. Managing accounts payable using accounting software and handling accounts payable for separate entities is one of our main responsibilities. We analyze workflow processes and establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors. Working as Accounts Payable Specialists, we ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely manner and process due invoices for payments. We also process transactions and perform account maintenance activities.
