About Accounts Receivable Specialist

What does an Accounts Receivable Specialist do?

As Accounts Receivable Specialists, we are responsible for making sure that the company we work for is getting paid on time for its services or goods and ensure the company business continues to grow. We are part of the team that prepares and send invoices. We contact clients for payment resolutions whenever there is any payment issue to negotiate with them. We also produce reports for the company as required by the management for easy follow-up and to ensure that there is no mistake made. We are also responsible for maintaining the billing accounts and our records.

  • negotiate payments with the clients
