As Accreditation Specialists, we are responsible for developing and deploying strategies to recruit site reviewers including the development of the criteria and applications, identifying markets for recruitment, developing appropriate messaging to ask for interest, evaluating applications, and coordinating the interview and selection process. We also develop evaluation criteria for site visit reviewers. We identify, gather and analyze data sources to test performance and prepare quarterly reports for site reviewers and relevant committees to assess performance. Additionally, we develop a corrective action plan to address underperforming site reviewers. We also perform the site visit scheduling process.
