I came in to interview as a worker within the plant but was given a salary position for a Quality Assurance Technician based on my past QA experience. I loved the job, people, and the work I was doing as I had never been in a plant before. I was given a nice work area and big responsibilities. I was made to feel that I was doing a great job. Early on I had issues with 2 females who had been there for a few years and got little help from upper management in dealing with either. My work life became extremely difficult and I constantly felt belittled. I was given simple tasks to fill my days and the more important jobs were given to 2 new hires in my same position. I was one of 9 salaried employees fired in my 10 months there ~ budget cuts I was told ~ yet 3 people hired following me remained and 4 jobs were opened in the same field 2 weeks after i left. It seemed there were several in management who were on a power trip and much enjoyed ruining the lives of good people.

I worked there for 5 years and it meant nothing to them. They will drop you in a heartbeat ! They are heartless !!$
