Marci and John started to create a team in 2005 with the expertise and skills to meet the needs of educators. They hired educators with experience in performance design and broad content awareness as they discovered that the type of tests dreamed by teachers actually did not exist. This team developed the distinctive evaluations of ANet and refined them, year after year with new insights from students, representatives, and like-minded organisations about the criteria and feedback. ANet is a non-profit equity-focused education; it provides educational leadership counselling, interim reviews consistent with expectations and academic policy advising. It offers coaching, appraisal and data resources for leadership and support for implementation intended to accelerate student learning. It has worked with schools and systems for over 15 years to build classrooms where every student can excel. For all schools, ANet is a nonprofit committed to expanding educational equity. It provides various career opportunities along with employment benefits.
