Initially, the training was good but after Acosta merged with Premium training and instructions became poor. There were technical problems when Premium came aboard. Also tricks, for example, after I clocked out I had to answer questions on the clock! Before, if I needed extra time for a job, I just explained why I needed extra time. When Premium came, the software would only allow a maximum time and I'd have to report the job as having an issue. I'd have to send information and contact my manager on my own time to get full pay!

Pros and Cons
Schedule flexibility.
Training videos usually don't come up (after Premium came aboard).

When I started working for Acosta, jobs went okay and I had good support from my manager. When Premium Retail took over, there big technical problems and less support, although it wasn't the fault of my new manager. The old one retired when Premium came in. Premium uses technology and policies to cheat employees. For example, when one task is impossible but I work with store managers to improvise and do the job, Premium electronically reduces the hours and pays a fraction of the time worked or nothing! I had to contact my manager and resolve the issue on my own time.

Pros and Cons
Can see the hours worked and my pay.
Deliberate technical problems to trip you up and cheat you. Corporate greed and tricks.

I had an incident with Henry(the big male supervisor)I had ask a very simple questions because I was told it’s their cooler! All I asked is what do you want in your cooler now? Yes I had a slight attitude because I was brought back there by another manager who had already said some rude things to me, all he said when I asked him is ok fine come here I come here ok I had no clue where I was going with a rude man! So he brings me to the big boss! The boss said what do you want now Christina?! I got upset then cuz I haven’t met the big boss until now I asked him and he started to ream my behind total off with the door open I came back at him tried to stand up for myself but then he said I don’t care if you walk back through those doors tomorrow, I was done I stopped then I started crying he asked what am I crying for “I haven’t said anything to make you cry” I try not to cry, I cleared up fast People when I left his office tried to give me the number to hr saying they were scared for me
