In the role of Acquisition Analysts, we focus on aspects related to real estate industrial acquisitions. We provide financial underwriting for new acquisitions. Reviewing due diligence material, and preparing investment committee material for the company is our duty. We build cash flow models and analyze investment returns. Evaluating the financial impact of various investment scenarios is also our responsibility. We prepare investment summaries, recommendations, and presentations. It is our duty to review lease documents. We also determine operating and capital plans. Comparing historical financials and tenant reimbursements to projected cash flow is our responsibility. We conduct market research to support investment assumptions.
