Worked at Affiliated Computer Services' Houston "National Data Center" for three years and then was told to train two people in Mexico to replace me, which I did and they did.

I worked in Tier II tech support, we were the top and the last line to help with a customers needs. I helped customers fix any problems with their cell phones. Most customers by the time they reached me were extremely frustrated and at time wanted to cancel their service. I found it the best when I was able to help a customer with their issues. Being able to make a customer happy by IR (Issue Resolution) and in a timely matter made it one of the best jobs ever.

I started work with the company in 1999 until 2014. I thought I would stay for a couple of years and then move on. But as I got to know more about the company, it's mission and objectives I felt as though I would be able to grow and develop. I learned and contributed a lot of useful knowledge, skill sets, and overall work ethic diversity. I am currently working with a similar company and am able to use a lot of the skills I obtained while working at ACS. Thank you!!
