Nobody here is happy except the greedy, cranky, old white men managers and corporate bullies who trample over the "underlings" and make no secret about it. All the managers care about is increasing productivity and numbers. They have knowingly told major lies to my face. Very manipulative and toxic work space. The only praise you will ever get will come in the form of "constructive criticism" which is really just nitpicking. Don't expect to be rewarded for your efforts at all. YOU WILL BE COMPARED TO YOUR COWORKERS IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE! The disrespect and lack of common decency is truly baffling! Have been on the receiving end of insults and slurs right in front of managers who simply ignore it. Bullying only increases when you stand up for yourself. Stress is so great that people have heart attacks here regularly. Certain coworkers act like managers pets in hopes of getting promotions and constantly try to catch you slipping. EXTREMELY TOXIC AND SOUL SUCKING POSITION, DO NOT APPLY!

Pros and Cons

Could have been a promising continuation of my long standing field in the lighting industry, however I wasn't given an opportunity to contribute what I had learned nor given the opportunity to grown in this new company.

Pros and Cons
Reunion of old co-workers from previous company
Poor leadership
