We, adjunct instructors, teach undergraduate and graduate students in their majors and area of expertise. We manage the curriculum and syllabus of the class after effective development to ensure meeting the standards. Furthermore, we grade the exams, papers, and quizzes to understand their learning levels. We assess the grades for every student based on their in-class performance, examinations, assignments, and participation. As adjunct instructors, it is our duty to report the learning outcomes and class reviews of students to their guardians and parents. In addition, we communicate with our colleagues to design the curriculum.
