As Adjunct Lecturers, we are responsible for developing, delivering, and reviewing course materials and syllabus while creating a safe classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and learning. We also work with other lecturers to set up assessments based on the departmental regulations and requirements while preparing students for those assessments and provide them and their parents with helpful performance feedback. We provide extra support to students who need it the most by organizing one-on-one or small group lectures with the assistant in order to focus on their specific needs.
