Job DescriptionHeadquartered in Miami with a satellite office in Miramar, Monarch Claims represents home and business owners across the state. Our firm specializes in all types of damages to property. Whether its a homeowner, or a small business owner, we will not only handle the entire claim process on their behalf, but also fight aggressively to maximize your recovery. We bring extensive experience and professionalism to every case. We treat each claim as if it were our only one, and we customize our support to our clients individual needs and concerns. About This Role:As a member of Monarchs Administrative Department, youll be working hand in hand with clients and public adjusters. Youll be giving updates to clients, communicating with the public adjusters, and working with estimating team. As a key member of the department, youll shape the procedures and structures to best fit you and the productivity of your team. Responsibilities:Call Clients for updatesWork hand-in-hand with Public AdjustersMeet with clients in and outside of the officeMulti-task via phone and emailHighly organized-strong attention to detailProperly inputting files onto the server and claim softwareScanning and filing documentsObtain mortgage procedures and save to databaseVisit bank branches to obtain proceduresAssist clients in filling out forms requestedSet tasks and confirm such tasks are being completed.Continue to improve mortgage proceduresKeep clients satisfied with the process and inform them AT ALL TIMES Qualifications:Ability to influence internal and external decision makers and drive resultsProven track record in building enduring and successful client relationships+2 Years of clerical work with experience in customer services and/or financial servicesMicrosoft Suite(Word, Powerpoint, Excel) proficiencyWhat you'll need: Problem solving skillsGo-getter attitudeExceptional project management skillsAttention to detailModerately quick turnaround time for tasks involving clients

TASKS

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
