I have a high "hopper" score, but it's not by choice. A few times during Covid, I had to relocate. A couple more times I was actually fired, only because vindictive coworkers decided they didn't like me personally. Just because someone has been between jobs doesn't necessarily indicate disloyalty or lack of professionalism. Finally, companies have to consider their employees' bottom line as well. It's not enough to just offer "minimum wage plus 1 cent more" to attract talent, because employees will then be automatically pulled away by the next highest cent or a slightly better condition. Just food for thought.
