Job Description
Position Summary:
Administrative Assistants are the front lines for GTR and they are responsible for assisting all applicants with the on-boarding process. Our Administrative Assistants handle everything from background checks to drug and assessment testing. The main goal of an Administrative Assistant is to maintain the office so it is a welcoming environment for candidates and clients.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Inputting candidates info the database for current/future staffing needs
- Administer all drug testing and on-boarding requirements to applicant
- Checking on-boarding documents for errors and completion
- Administer tests to determine applicants aptitude for work
- Assist candidates with application and on-boarding paperwork
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Energetic and Self-Motivated
- Able to follow directions
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite
- Previous data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous secretary or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full Time, Candidates must be available to work between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
