Position Title:  Administrative Assistant
Industry:  Investment Firm
Location:  Baltimore, Maryland
Hours:  8:30AM to 5:30PM

Administrative Assistant Position Summary:
- Schedule and arrange meetings, appointments and conference calls
- Organize and plan meeting coordination
- Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages
- Respond to general inquiries
- Compose, edit and proofread correspondence
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries
- Submit expense reports
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Type, format and produce correspondence, presentations and reports
- Anticipate the needs of the Partner

Administrative Assistant Qualifications Summary:
- Ability to deal with individuals of all levels
- Reliable, punctual, hard-working individual that can work in a fast paced company
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be a team player
- Exercise good judgment and solve problems
- Working knowledge of video Teleconferencing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility with coming in early and staying late, depending on business
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience to an Executive

Approximately $60,000/annually, depending on experience
