Description

As Administrative Coordinators, we are responsible for creating and executing schedules, managing company budgets, and communicating with staff and guests. We maintain effective workflow in the office and coordinate general administration within the organization. We link employees and customers and assign tasks, develop skills, and plan administrative projects. Hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff members is one of our main responsibilities. Working as Administrative Coordinators, we answer questions and find information for employees and clients. We also support employees by facilitating interdepartmental communication.
