About Administrative Director

What does an Administrative Director do?

As Administrative Directors, we oversee the administrative operations in a company. We provide supervision and leadership for departments of administrative matters, such as finance, human resources, and materials management. What we do is to develop policies, and recommend and implement policy changes to improve operations. It is our direct responsibility to lead facilities planning, maintenance, and manage internal or external service contracts. In addition, we handle procurements and monitor budgets for supplies and services. We supervise the staff and the financial resources of each administrative department. Administrative managers and supervisors support our daily duties. Working as Administrative Directors, we collaborate with external partners, like vendors, contractors, suppliers, and more.
