What does an Administrative Technician do?

We, administrative technicians, perform various technical and administrative duties, including customer service, documentation, and reception. Our job demands us to have proficient communication skills as we interact with visitors and callers to resolve various administrative matters. We, administrative technicians, are also responsible for supervising the clerical staff. With our excellent organizational skills, we prepare documentation and manage the budget of the office. We are also responsible for maintaining records in databases. Our job demands us to have adequate proficiency in accounting and payroll administration.
