    Holman Automotive, one of the largest privately-owned dealership groups in the United States, with more than 38 retail franchises 17 brands from the East Coast to the Pacific Northwest;

    Steward Financial Services, an auto retail finance company;

    Holman Insurance Services, a commercial and consumer insurance services company

    Holman Parts Distribution, a national multi-brand powertrain parts distributor;

    Auto Truck Group, a truck up-fitting business; and

    ARI, the largest privately-owned fleet leasing and management company in the world

    Title: Market Sale Administrator

    Department: Vehicle Remarketing

    Reports to: Supervisor – Remarketing Administration

    Job Purpose:

    Responsible for ensuring the timely pickup of available units and controlling the administrative flow of completed vehicle sales within an assigned region. Assist the Remarketer with the relationship management of all channel outlets within the region

    Responsibilities:

    Enter used vehicle pick-up requests into UVIMSMonitor reports for aged pickup requests and sold vehicles with no received sale fundsActively manage and quickly resolve pick up problemsActively manage and quickly resolve sold no payment issuesInitiate the sale settlement process by transacting completed sales in UVIMS dailyCoordinate the sale and release of vehicles to ARIAutoDirect.com buyersCoordinate the retrieval and payment of invoices from auctions within assigned regionIdentify and apply cash deposits from assigned auctionsAnticipate delays and proactively escalate to the appropriate partyAssists in maintaining the relationship with remarketing channels within assigned region
