As Adult Nurse Practitioners, we are responsible for performing on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. We also assist patients in completing assessment forms. We also assist in diagnosing acute and chronic health issues. Ordering and analyzing the therapeutic tests as per the patient's age is also a part of our duty. We monitor patient's health patterns. We modify and update services and medication considering those patterns. Working as Adult Nurse Practitioners, we are responsible for supervising patient's compliance with the prescription. We also build relations with all appropriate contacts in facilities. Finally, we complete reports on a regular basis.
