I rather not tell my story as it's so disheartening - If you can find another job other than AE then do so. The company is no longer what it once was. Staff leaving quickly or should I say running away. Company culture is awful

They spare no expense in getting the customer's need's met in a consistent basis, they support their employees in time of crisis without blinking an eye, it was demonstrated during the great flood of Fort Collins in 1998.
Pros and Cons
They have strong engineering bench and strong support system that makes them leader.
Actually their are none, but happens to be in a cyclical industry.
