Management just treats their employees bad. Too much work, but wont put enough people in big areas, not much advancement. Dont listen their employees suggestions. Coworkers are abusive and envy the ones that work hard, and leaders will see the abuse but wont do nothing to stop because they afraid to lose their jobs or get involved. People might advance if they are friends with the leaders, not for your own merits.
