Tattoos need to look a certain way, hair and facial appearance needs to be neat and tidy. Unless you're treated better (SOC office) then you look rough. Uniforms need to stay dry cleaned and ironed out. Hair can not be unnatural looking colors. Depends on piercing placement.🙂
