I really enjoyed working with Advantage. My work load was perfect, I didn't have anyone micro managing me, and my customers were great.

Pros and Cons
They pay good and the schedules are very flexible.
I didn't see advancing as easy as they said it was. I always exceeded goals, and loved doing my job.

Asked for raises various times to no avail.. Crappy hours they call you all hours of the day to ask you to come in to the stores of Walmarts to work and set up and also break down and clean your own things!

Whatever food you can get after the customers eat and taste test
Park your car wherever there is an open spot in parking lot

Precious was one of the best supervisors i have ever had. Very helpful and patient, caring and understanding. Kept a healthy, happy working environment. Also was very encouraging and motivational in getting the crew to meet goal and ourselves.

Good when they finally started me, 7 months later. Travel team made good, just out 4 days. No raises, no advancement, no recognition. After 12 years I quit, because of no work, 1 hour of work in two weeks. No raise, Still at 10.85 an hour while new hires got over 13.00 an hour. Don't waste your time.

I sampled at the Kroger stores in Little Rock, North Little Rock, AR. MY home store was in Maumelle. I loved it! Met a lot of people and made a lot of friends. Sometimes I cooked or made cookies. Sometimes we sampled ice cream. Holidays were WONDERFUL! Then sometimes it was air fresheners and toilet paper. But always fun!

Pros and Cons
try new things. Meet a lot of really nice people. $ was not bad for the job.
Not always having the product I was supposed to demo. Or not having enough inventory.

This job is great for weekend additional work. It gives you flexibility about place to work. You are autonomous but responsible for the work quality. Manager will make a sudden visit.

This company will only pay minimum wage and expects their employees to supply all their own equipment, phones, tablets and any other electronics necessary to perform the job. If the employee does not have the equipment they will hardly get any assignments. If you are injured on the job supervision does not complete the required documentation unless you demand it. Furthermore, this company and their subsidiaries have been and are the subject of several Class Action Law Suites. Recommend you look elsewhere for a stable and associate minded work place.

This company will work you to death, never review your work performance and pay you minimum wage until you move on or quit. Management is the worst, not one of the 15 supervisors that I had could manage their way out of a paper bag. I am totally surprised that the hourly workers in this company haven't moved to unionize. Best of luck to anyone who accepts employment with this company or any of its entities.
