About Advocate

What does an Advocate do?

As Advocates, we represent an individual or a group of individuals in a legal environment. It is our responsibility to provide legal guidance to individuals. We assist a person who has little to no knowledge of legal system. We deal with legal cases of clients such as divorces, crimes, and other proceedings. We resolve queries of clients and brief them about happenings of the legal system. It is our prime duty to prepare all the necessary paperwork on behalf of our client. In a hearing, we speak on behalf of our client and try to gain advantage over the circumstances. We also keep record of court meetings and events to help better resolve a problem concerning our client.

Core tasks:

  • represent an individual or group of individuals in a lawsuit
  • brief the client about proceedings in the legal system
  • respond and resolve to client's queries
  • prepare required documentation for legal proceedings
