The division with which I worked no longer exists. It must be challenging to find executive leadership of such mediocrity! Employment contracts got “rewritten” mid-Tour, reducing pay and bonus.

Pros and Cons
Management was afraid to tour our region.
Too many to list.

Worked with the company almost 20 years but toward the end treated like a child and not appreciated as a valued employee. Little understanding that I had a child that demanded me to leave the job quickly. I was a single parent.

Pros and Cons
Decent benefits
Preferential treatment given to some over others.

I enjoyed coming to work; but not when the relief supervisor was in charge. I followed company, was never late, work was accurate.

Pros and Cons
If you followed company policy it was the best.
Relief supervisor should not have held this position.

Worked for 20 years and enjoyed it and would love to go back to my old job. Most of the great people I worked with are gone.

Pros and Cons
There are good people working there.

Aecom / Amentum was the sub on this contract. The prime had a lot better things going for it. First year no vacation and at the time I was there no PTO accruals.

Pros and Cons
People where awesome
Being the sub you got most of the crappy assignments.

Joe was an excellent boss! He gave me free reign in doing my job. I enjoyed each and every day while he was the supervisor. I worked plenty of overtime and was enjoying this job so much I refused overtime pay. This man was an excellent leader. He was a hard man; but fair.

Pros and Cons
Leadership were professionals.
Too much gossip.

I worked at Aecom for just barely a year. I have done like 2 projects when i decided to move to a better paying company. Aecom has a good working procedures. They are more on Infrastructure projects and only a few projects in the Oil and Gas sector.

Pros and Cons
Serious Environment but there you will learn a lot.

The pay was good. Benefits were great. Regular M-F 8 hr shift days or evening. All the personnel were friendly and worked well together. The only issue was hiring manager selected me because of my 20 years USAF avionics backshop technician, but site manager was unwilling to train me regarding differences as avionic flightline mechanic.

Pros and Cons
Reasonably priced medical, dental, and vision. 401K. Consistent 40 hr. work week .
Appeared only willing to train personnel coming from identical military specialty.
