My manager really only interacted with me if the time clock did not work. Punching in and out is done on a laptop or tablet in the office. There were 3 available which were often being used by other therapists for documentation. I’m not going to ask someone to log off so I can punch in/out. And if a computer was available, the log in process was long so you’re losing minutes a day “off the clock”. When the regional manager is in town she sits in the tiny office which was actually a closet and incessantly is on calls about money/profitability/productivity. It’s so rude and annoying. They don’t give raises and like to start employees at low pay. If your caseload is down, you have to go home early to meet productivity.
