About Affiliate Manager

What does an Affiliate Manager do?

As Affiliate Managers, we manage affiliate publishers on behalf of an advertiser. We recruit and onboard new affiliates and liaise with existing affiliates to answer their questions, address queries, and resolve any issues. We also create and implement the strategy agreed with the advertiser. Daily, we execute affiliate campaigns and report and evaluate what is working well.

Core tasks:

  • recruit and train new affiliates
  • provide customer service to existing affiliates
  • oversee affiliate campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas
  • analyze and report on the affiliate program activity
