CTGs client is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their growing team!

This position offers growth, a competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits.

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and managing campaigns and operational projects that support our Affiliate Marketing & Sales team in achieving defined business objectives for US and Canada.

The person should have the ability to prioritize work, adjust to what is important in the moment and work well with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading marketing campaigns.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ensuring seamless integration of the Affiliate channel within the client for overall marketing strategies: Product messaging, product offers, testing, reporting and data optimization customization within Impact Radius.

• Managing weekly offers ad copy for promo feeds in Impact Radius

• Onboarding new affiliate partners in Impact Radius platform and aid them in getting started

• Review, analyze, approve and decline new publishers

• Execute fulfillment of paid media placement requirements for publishers which includes creative, ad copy, or landing pages

• Track issues related to affiliate tracking pixels and manage them to a solution by working with outside teams

•Project manage requirements and functionality change requests for Affiliate platform(Impact Radius)

Qualifications:

o Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

o Experience with effectively communicating program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

o Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

o Self-motivated individual who is driven to meet goals

o Ability to read and adapt to communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Previous eCommerce experience preferred.
