Ag Partners took start by creating in joint venture. A joint venture established between Cargill and Albert City Elevator Cooperative (Alceco) named Ag Partners LLC. The goal to provide local producers with the best combination of extensive financial and logistical assets, as well as the traditional cooperative ability to share profits and influence business decisions. Alceco, the cooperative in the Ag Partners joint venture is constantly servicing Iowa producers for over 100 years. It has 16 facilities spread across Iowa. At each of these grain facilities, retail agronomy outlets, and feed mills, the strong employee roster reflects the commitment to service. The mission at Ag Partners is straightforward: to assist producers in prospering. They are hiring 1st shift feed production operator, agronomy sales leader, applicator and many more.
